Description

Tuscan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish combining tender chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and pasta in a rich garlic parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, stir until spinach is wilted.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
  9. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

  • You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
